Hi! My name is Andreea, and I am on a weight loss journey, I like to take on workout challenges, and I am learning to make better food choices for my family!
I started to write on this blog in July 2018 for accountability, motivation, for putting black on white all my feelings, emotions, struggles, breakthroughs, achievements, meals and more, and maybe to inspire you, my reader, to make also healthier choices one step at a time.
Since you are here right now something tells me you would like to make a change in your life, to find the motivation and the strength to make better choices.
I always found it hard to express my feelings by talking; I would do it in writing instead…and one day while having a walk through the park, getting in more steps for my Step Bet Challenge and writing to my husband and my mother about it, I was thinking I should do this in writing, for accountability, for putting black on white all my feelings, emotions, struggles, breakthroughs, achievements, meals and more. Like an Open Diary :). I am not a writer, and I have no experience with this. What I do know is I want to do this for a better version of myself.
